淺論良好歌唱心理的培養(yǎng)

摘   要

心理學中講到，人的任何活動都是在心理調節(jié)下進行的，心理活動直接關系到人的實踐能力，因此心理狀態(tài)對歌唱整個過程中起著重要作用。歌唱的心理很復雜，分為積極良好的心理狀態(tài)和消極不良的心理狀態(tài)兩種，良好的歌唱心理能使歌唱者發(fā)揮本身的力量演唱出水平，而不良的歌唱心理會影響歌唱者演唱。本文試圖通過借鑒心理學的相關理論，從歌唱者和聲樂教師兩個角度來講述如何培養(yǎng)良好的歌唱心理。并介紹兩種有效的心理訓練方法：暗示法和放松訓練。

ABSTRACT
