各學院(部)：
按照教育部國際合作與交流司《關(guān)于向各高校下達2016/2017學年度中國政府獎學金名額的通知》，我校可招收自主招收碩博研究生和“中美人文交流專項學歷生”并提供中國政全額獎學金。其中“中美人文交流專項學歷生”項目獎學金名額不做限制(語言類僅限漢語類)。為促進我校來華留學生在規(guī)模、層次和結(jié)構(gòu)進一步取得進展，提高我校的國際知名度和競爭力，現(xiàn)將招收美籍來華留學生通知發(fā)給各學院，請各學院積極推薦候選研究生，報國際教育學院統(tǒng)一錄取。
我校碩士、博士所有專業(yè)均可開放招收外國留學生(涉密專業(yè)除外)，授課語言為漢語。國際教育學院提供3個月至1年的漢語培訓課程。在漢語培訓期間可為留學生提供全額獎學金資助。政府獎學金包括留學生學習期間的學費、在校住宿費、綜合醫(yī)療保險費和教材費，碩士生提供每月3000元人民幣，博士生提供每月3500元人民幣的生活費資助。請各學院充分重視并加以宣傳，積極推薦優(yōu)秀國外研究生，為全面實施我校國際化戰(zhàn)略，穩(wěn)步推進國際化進程做出貢獻。

申請2016-2017學年長安大學研究生中國政府獎學金流程
一、招生專業(yè)：長安大學所有碩士及博士專業(yè)。
二、招生類別：全日制碩士生和博士生。
三、授課語言：漢語 (可申請漢補一年)
四、申請步驟：
1. 獎學金申請人登錄國家留學基金管理委員會來華留學網(wǎng)上報名信息平臺(laihua.csc.edu.cn)進行網(wǎng)上報名。
2. 網(wǎng)上報名填寫的長安大學申請代碼：10710。
3. 請于2016年4月15日前將申請材料：
A.獎學金申請表(網(wǎng)上報名生成)
B.經(jīng)公證的最高級教育的學歷證明、畢業(yè)證書或?qū)W位證書的復印件和英文翻譯件
C.成績單復印件
D.學習計劃
E.專家推薦信(兩份)
F.《外國人體格檢查記錄》和血液檢查報告單復印件寄送給我院。
4. 留學生來華時務(wù)必隨身攜帶《外國人體格檢查記錄》和血液檢查報告單原件。

Notice about Applying the Chinese Government Scholarship of
Chang’an University in 2016
Details are as following:
1. Courses and Programs: all the majors for master and PhD degree of Chang’an University
2. Admissions Categories: full-time graduate students and doctoral students.
3. Teaching Language: Chinese ( students can apply to study Chinese for one year)
4. Application Process:
A. The applicants login the CSC (China Scholarship Council) Online Application System for International Students (laihua.csc.edu.cn) for online registration.
B. The code of Chang’an University for online registration is 10710.
C. Please send the following materials before April 15th 2016:
1) Scholarship Application Form (generated by the online registration);
2) Copies of the last notarized Academic Certification, Graduation Certification or Diploma, as well as the English translation ones;
3) Copy of Transcripts;
4) Study Plan;
5) Letter of Recommendation(two);
6) Copies of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners and Blood Test Report.
D. The applicants should take the original document of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners and Blood Test Report.
