Were not thoughtful or inquisitivequestions to ask at the end of the interview.

　　思維不夠縝密或者在面試結(jié)束時(shí)問(wèn)些稀奇古怪的問(wèn)題。

Were not able to differentiate themselves from other candidates(i.e. what makes them a better candidate than others).

Were not able to identifytheir weaknesses and show how they plan to strengthenthem.
