職場(chǎng)揭秘：為什么面試總是沒下文

　　Most of the job seekers fail in the interviews because they:
大多數(shù)的應(yīng)聘者沒能成功是因?yàn)樗麄儯?br /> 1. Didnt research the company. Didnt know the CEOs name, the size of the company, their business, the market cap, the ticker symbol （for public companies）， etc.
沒有了解過公司。不知道首席執(zhí)行官的名字，公司的規(guī)模，他們的業(yè)務(wù)，市值，股票代碼（上市公司）等等。
2. Didnt sell themselves, or forgot to communicate: “This is what I can do for you, because this is what I have done in school, and for others,” etc.
沒有推銷自己，或忘了溝通。“這些就是我能為你們做的，因?yàn)檫@些是我以前在學(xué)校里做過的事，還有為其他公司所做的。”等等。
3. Were nervous, had poor body language, or didnt look the interviewer in the eye. They obviously didnt practice interviewing or selling themselves. They say things like, “What would you like to know about me?”
太過緊張，肢體語言讓人不舒服，或者沒有直視面試官。很顯然求職者沒有事先練習(xí)過如何面試或是自我推銷。他們會(huì)說一些類似于“你們希望了解我的哪些方面？”
4. Didnt have a real understanding of the position （i.e. not doing their homework about the job） or even asking about the positions responsibilities.
對(duì)所應(yīng)聘的職位沒有真正的了解（比如事先沒有了解過這份工作），或是沒有詢問過這個(gè)職位的職責(zé)。
5. Were not enthusiastic or did not demonstrate a level of commitment to work, the position, or the industry.
熱情不高或沒有表現(xiàn)出他們對(duì)于這份工作、這個(gè)職位或是這個(gè)行業(yè)的熱情。
