寫(xiě)英文簡(jiǎn)歷需要注意哪些事項(xiàng)

一、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)一律使用半角。
二、逗號(hào)、句號(hào)、分號(hào)、冒號(hào)、感嘆號(hào)、問(wèn)號(hào)和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個(gè)半角空格。
錯(cuò)誤：Hi,I'm an entrepreneur.Can you make this app for me for free?Because,you know,I have this brilliant idea but I don't know how to code.

叁、逗號(hào)、句號(hào)、分號(hào)、冒號(hào)、感嘆號(hào)、問(wèn)號(hào)和它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。

六、對(duì)于電話(huà)區(qū)號(hào)應(yīng)用不同的符號(hào)區(qū)分。

七、對(duì)于有序列表，應(yīng)採(cǎi)用「阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字 + 英文句點(diǎn) + 半角空格」的方式。
錯(cuò)誤：

正確：

八、括號(hào)弧線(xiàn)外要留空格，弧線(xiàn)內(nèi)不要。

九、用彎引號(hào)，不要用直(的彎)引號(hào)。

十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號(hào)，en dash (–) 用來(lái)連接年份、時(shí)間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

注意：
1. 若寫(xiě)作時(shí)用兩個(gè) hyphen (--) 代替破折號(hào)，Word 等文書(shū)處理軟件會(huì)自動(dòng)將其轉(zhuǎn)爲(wèi) em dash。有鑑于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫(xiě)作通用的替代法。
2. 破折號(hào)(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習(xí)慣之不同，無(wú)對(duì)錯(cuò)之分。惟請(qǐng)?jiān)谕环莺?jiǎn)歷中保持統(tǒng)一。
